Lisa Frize is extremely passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families feel empowered to better their own lives. She graduated with her undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota then graduated with her Master of Arts in Counseling from Regis University in 2012. Lisa did her internship with a crisis center that served victims and families of domestic violence. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Lisa focuses on the individual or family’s specific needs and works to adapt to what will help them best.
Lisa enjoys working with a variety of issues but she has specific experience with eating disorders and disordered eating, domestic violence, identity and self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and she is passionate about working with teenagers and families.
Lisa joined McAllaster & Associates Counseling in January 2017 and she looks forward to the opportunity to empower, support, and guide you to grow through any obstacles you are facing!
